How it works

We allow one nominated Blue Advantage card holder per company. Every purchase made by the company earns points which are transferred to the online account every month. You log-in, check your balance, order rewards. It's fast and easy and our way of saying thank you for buying from Wadsworth.

Wadsworth Blue Advantage Scheme - Terms and Conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the collection and use of points and set out the terms of the contract between Wadsworth Electronics Limited (us/we) and each registered Wadsworth Blue Advantage account. A customer must register with the Wadsworth Blue Advantage point’s collection scheme by applying for a collector’s card (Wadsworth Blue Advantage Card) and nominating a Primary Contact authorised to administer the card on your behalf. By registering with Wadsworth for a Blue Advantage Card you agree to accept our full terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Once confirmation of registration has been given, you can then earn points on all purchases made through Wadsworth Electronics Limited

  • We will set up a specific Wadsworth Blue Advantage account to record points earned or redeemed by each registered customer. Only one account can be set-up per Wadsworth Electronics customer account. All points earned on that Wadsworth Blue Advantage account will accrue to that customer.

  • All rewards are subject to availability and may change at any given time without prior warning or notice.

  • Where points are redeemed for a voucher carrying a specified benefit, the voucher will have an expiry date specified on it and will be subject to any other terms and conditions stated on the voucher or otherwise publicised. We are not responsible for any failure or after sales service associated with the subsequent use of these vouchers.

  • All points are valid for a 12 month rolling period and will be lost if the relevant Wadsworth account is closed, found to be overdue or the Wadsworth Blue Advantage programme ends.

  • Redeemed points cannot be used again. If a transaction on which points are issues or redeemed is cancelled, reversed or not complete, we will also reverse the associated points from your Wadsworth Blue Advantage account. If insufficient points are available, or we suspect fraud or misconduct, rewards may be refused or cancelled.

  • Regular updates of points as known at time of issue will be sent out in the form of a statement, showing both points collected and points redeemed for any given month. Account information is also available from us upon request.

  • Points earned in any given month will be updated in the following months statement. We will correct a Wadsworth Blue Advantage account if it is shown to our reasonable satisfaction to be wrong, our decision is final.

  • Wadsworth Blue Advantage account points cannot be transferred to any other account without prior written agreement from Wadsworth Electronics Limited. Points from more than one Wadsworth Blue Advantage account cannot be combined to redeem any single reward. Points have no direct cash value.

  • Points can only be redeemed by the Primary Contact originally registered when applying for your Wadsworth Blue Advantage account. Any subsequent changes to these details must be received in writing and where necessary will be verified prior to being updated. All rewards redeemed on a Wadsworth Blue Advantage account will be sent to the company address and Primary Contact held.

  • Wadsworth Advantage Cards are our property and must be returned to us on request or destroyed when no longer valid for use. The Primary Contact is responsible for all Vouchers issued against their account.

  • We may close any Wadsworth Blue Advantage account on which no points have been earned or redeemed for a continuous period of at least 12 months. We may also, on notifying the Primary Contact, immediately suspend or terminate the rights of any Primary Contact, and/or close any relevant Wadsworth Blue Advantage account, if there is any breach of these Terms and Conditions, if we reasonably believe that they have dealt with points in a manner not permitted. A Primary Contact can close their Wadsworth Blue Advantage account at any time by notifying us in writing. If a Wadsworth Blue Advantage account is closed, all rights to subsequently redeem any points from that Wadsworth Blue Advantage account are lost.

  • We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will endeavour to give the Primary Contacts as much notice as we reasonably can. Earning or redeeming points on a Wadsworth Blue Advantage account will constitute acceptance of any revised Terms and Conditions. We may suspend or terminate Wadsworth Blue Advantage, but will look to give as much notice as we reasonably can before we do so. If this happens all Wadsworth Blue Advantage accounts will be suspended or terminated. If we sell or transfer Wadsworth Blue Advantage to another company we may transfer all of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions without any further consent and may disclose or transfer all relevant information we hold on the Primary Contact to prospective or actual new owners. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter the rights of such Primary Contact in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company.

  • The Primary Contact will receive correspondence (including information and offers, which may be based on how they use their Wadsworth Blue Advantage Card) at the business address provided to us at time of registration, or subsequently changed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We may at times also send other information we feel to be relevant to this contact.

  • Some rewards / gifts may be considered a taxable benefit or benefit in kind and subject to tax. The Primary Contact is responsible for declaring and paying any tax liability arising from rewards. Wadsworth Electronics may provide such information to the local tax collecting authority as requested.
